Thomas D. Richardson
Thomas D. Richardson is a partner of Brinson, Askew, Berry, Seigler, Richardson & Davis, LLP. Thomas specializes in bankruptcy law, creditors’ rights, secured transactions, and business litigation. He served as a trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, North District of Georgia, from 1990-96 in a select number of business cases. Since 1998, Mr. Richardson has served as as a panel trustee.
