Bryant Speed specializes in workers’ compensation casesand Social Security disability cases, representing parties before the State Board of Workers Compensation and the Social Security Administration.  He is a frequent lecturer in the legal and business communities and has published a number of articles on subjects related to workers compensation law. Bryant began his legal career in 1987 in Alabama, where he worked as a prosecutor for the State of Alabama. After moving to Georgia in 1994, he worked in a large Atlanta law firm, practicing exclusively workers compensation litigation. He returned to Rome and served as the District Attorney in 2001 and 2002. Bryant then resumed his workers compensation practice at Brinson, Askew, Berry, Seigler, Richardson & Davis in 2003, where he now serves as a Partner. He is also a certified and experienced mediator and frequently serves as a neutral for workers compensation cases, and personal injury litigation.  He also represents individuals in Social Security disability claims. Bryant and his wife, Susan, have three children, Bryant, Katherine and Thomas.
