Among the firm's current members are a past president of the State Bar of Georgia, a past president of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, three past presidents of the City Attorney's Section of the Georgia Municipal Association, a former District Attorney of the Rome Judicial Circuit, and four past presidents of the Rome Bar Association. Norman S. Fletcher, who joined the firm in 2005, is a former Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court.
We have been recognized for our accomplishments.
Four of the firm’s lawyers have been named as Georgia Super Lawyers. They are Bob Brinson, King Askew, Bob Berry and Andy Davis. These attorneys were honored as “outstanding attorneys in Georgia, representing a wide range of practice areas, firm sizes and geographic locations.” Additionally, Stephen Moseley has been listed as a Georgia Rising Star.
In previous years, we have boasted a winner of the James M. Collier Award, continuous AV rated attorneys, appointed as fellows to the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and listed in The Best Lawyers in America lists for various practice areas.
